Alsium, Ancient Roman city

Alsium is an ancient Roman role play city based on the historical city of Alsium, which existed on the coast of Etruria, about 35 km from Rome. It was one of the oldest cities of Etruria, but does not appear in history until 247 BCE.  It was never of any great importance, except as a resort place of retirement and pleasure of wealthy Romans, many of whom had villas there, including Pompey the Great and Julius Caesar.  Very little is known of this city, and what happens below is merely an interpretation of what may have been.  In this version of Alsium, the city is ruled by its Patronus, and its triumviri of Senators.  The year is approximately 178 CE, during the reign of Emperor Marcus Aurelius.
